| Q: Can your panel offer any advice on the best way of handling used examples of self-adhesive stamps? I have tried soaking them off their backing paper, but with very mixed results. |

| Q: Most of the mail I get these days, other than Christmas cards, doesn't have an adhesive stamp, but either a meter mark or some kind of printed mark inscribed POSTAGE PAID. Are these items of 'junk mail' of any interest to collectors? |
